MRC seeks medical and non-medical volunteers from across Southeast Wisconsin who are passionate about serving the community and are willing to support both disaster and non-disaster operations. Disciplines represented in the unit include:

  • Nurses
  • Mental Health Professionals
  • EMTs/Paramedics
  • Doctors
  • Dentists
  • Military Staff/Veterans
  • Veterinarians
  • Non-Medical Support

The Medical Reserve Corps is a program of the Surgeon General in the Office of the Civilian Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps. MRC volunteers have the opportunity to participate in free training and exercises that enhance professional skills. For more information on how to apply, visit Volunteer.
